Our family had an incredible stay at this luxurious 5, star hotel. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the room was stunning with exclusive amenities, providing utmost comfort and relaxation. We were blown away by the mouth, watering dishes and exquisite dining experience, both inside the restaurant and the outdoor dining area. the private facilities were top, notch, making us feel pampered and exclusive. The location advantages enabled us to enjoy breathtaking views and immerse ourselves in the beauty of our surroundings. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was a slight inconvenience with the WiFi connection in certain areas of the hotel. Nonetheless, this was a small setback compared to the luxurious experience we had overall.

Great Cruise Experience
The location of the cruise is in the middle of stunning scenery where you can enjoy a great time and relax in the quietness of nature. The food was delicious and fresh with a variety of dishes offered. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything from itinerary planning to providing extra amenities for a comfortable stay.
There were limited activities on offer for guests. Although there were some options, such as kayaking, swimming, cooking classes, and squid fishing, the number of options was insufficient. The overall experience was enjoyable, but it could have been even better with a greater variety of activities available for guests to enjoy.

I had an amazing time on Margaret Cruises in Ha Long Bay. The ship was stunning with a comfortable sundeck and well-designed rooms and restaurants. The crew was incredible, with friendly and enthusiastic staff who spoke fluent English. The scenery of Ha Long Bay, especially in the morning, was breathtaking. Kayaking was a fun activity, and I enjoyed making friends with other passengers during onboard events.
There was nothing I didn't like.
